Patrick Street Clinic is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 5pm Friday for booked appointments.  During business hours nursing staff are available to triage emergencies.  If necessary, the nursing staff will discuss with you whether you need an urgent appointment.

After Hours

After Hours and weekend on call duties shared on an alternate basis with Victoria Street Clinic.   For clinic details phone 6425 1611, the recorded message will advise which surgery is on call and times of clinics.  Usual clinic times on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 10am until 12 noon.  If a patient is too sick to come to the practice, a doctor may visit the patient at their home or place of care if they are a local patient of this practice.  Patients are advised to contact the surgery by 11am if possible to enable us to help plan the visit.
The standard daytime cost of a home visit is $80.00.  Night time cost can be up to $172.00.  Under special circumstances the above billing process may be altered under the instruction of the treating doctor.

GP Assist

After hours 6pm – 8am , we provide alternate cover for emergencies – simply dial 1300 780 001.
If you do need a visit at night please identify your house by leaving the light on outside.
Out of hours calls are shared by the doctors, this work being done in addition to the working day.
If for some reason you cannot contact the after hours service please call the Mersey Community Hospital on 6426 5111 or North West Regional Hospital on 6430 6666.
